Accenture is seeking a skilled WFS Functional/Technical Consultant to support analysis and design of new business processes. You will define detailed requirements, liaise with the business, and guide teams across multiple programs to deliver integrated solutions.

The role involves documenting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvements. Travel 0–100% may be required based on client needs and engagements.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' experience with Workforce Software Time and Attendance module.
• At least 1 end-to-end ADP implementation with hands-on design.
• Deep knowledge of Workforce Software modules: Time & Attendance, ACT, Job scheduling.
