Accenture is seeking an experienced WFS Functional/Technical Consultant to support analysis and design of new workforce business processes. The role involves identifying detailed requirements, liaising with the business community, and coordinating with multiple teams to deliver effective solutions.

The candidate should have 3+ years in Workforce Software Time & Attendance, 1 end-to-end ADP implementation, and strong ADP knowledge. Travel is possible up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module.
• Minimum of 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation, including hands-on design.
• Deep Workforce Software knowledge across modules: Time and Attendance, ACT, Job scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and define detailed requirements, liaise with business community, and participate in user and task analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements for clarity and alignment.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering collaboration.
• Analyze complex business challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
