Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Workforce Software Time and Attendance consultant to analyze and design new business processes, acting as a liaison to the business community and leading cross-functional teams. You will document requirements, support colleagues, and drive process improvements across projects.

The role requires deep WFS knowledge, ADP integration experience, and client-facing consulting capabilities; travel up to 100% may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module.
• Minimum of 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation with hands-on design.
• Deep Workforce Software knowledge including Time and Attendance, ACT, Job scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design new function business processes and requirements.
• Liaise with business community and perform user/task analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Develop comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues and drive continuous improvement.
