Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced WFS Functional/Technical Consultant in Overland Park to support analysis and design of new workforce functions. You will identify requirements, liaise with business teams, and contribute to multiple projects while guiding teams and delivering practical solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation of business processes, and continuous improvement. Travel may be required; compensation varies by location and role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module.
• Minimum of 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation, including hands-on design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience) or 6+ years in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define detailed requirements, liaise with business community, participate in user/task analysis.
• Act as subject matter expert, collaborate across teams, guide decisions and provide solutions.
• Develop comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements for clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance and share expertise to foster a collaborative environment.
• Analyze complex business challenges and propose innovative efficiency improvements.
