Job summary

Carowinds is seeking a Workforce Scheduling Support role in the United States to assist associates with FUNtime, UKG/Kronos, and App questions. This position will back up full-time park schedulers, ensuring departments have a knowledgeable resource available both in person and by phone.

You will schedule using FUNtime, adjust schedules for staffing changes, and compile staffing data while maintaining high guest service standards.

Qualifications

Strong Excel skills, including formulas and Pivot Tables.
Provide guest service according to Carowinds standards when serving guests or colleagues.
Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test per Company policy, unless prohibited by law.

Responsibilities

Schedule duties within the FUNtime scheduling system, managing and maintaining long-term schedules for various departments.
Revise park schedules when staffing changes occur or due to labor shortages.
Compile information such as open shift reports, staffing details, or associate data.
Attend meetings with management to address staffing needs and challenges.
Deliver a high level of guest service for internal and external guests in person and over the phone.
Keep the office area neat and organized at all times.
Take on additional duties as outlined by the Manager.
