Job summary

Carowinds in Concord, NC is seeking an hourly Workforce Scheduling Support to assist associates with FUNtime, UKG/Kronos, and App questions. This role will back up Full-Time park schedulers, ensuring departments have a knowledgeable resource.

The candidate must have strong Excel skills, be able to schedule across shifts, and provide excellent guest service both in person and over the phone. This on-site role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and tables (Pivot Tables a plus).
• Provides guest service according to Carowinds standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates.
• Meets Carowinds attendance requirements as outlined in Carowinds attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling duties within the FUNtime scheduling system, which includes managing and maintain long term schedules for various departments.
• Revise park schedules when required due to staffing changes, labor shortages, or other interruptions.
• Compile information, such as open shift reports, staffing details, or associate data.
• Attend meetings with management to address any staffing needs and challenges
• Deliver a high level of guest service for both internal and external guest in person and over the phone.
• Ensure office area is neat and organized at all times.
• Additional duties as outlined by the Manager.
