Job summary

Carowinds is hiring for a Workforce Scheduler support role to assist associates with FUNtime, UKG/Kronos, and App questions. This position will also back up the Full-Time park schedulers, ensuring a knowledgeable resource is available for all departments and associates.

This hourly role involves scheduling duties, coordination, and delivering guest service excellence, with opportunities to grow within the workforce team.

Qualifications

• Proven strong Excel skills, including formulas.
• Provides guest service according to Carowinds standards.
• Meets scheduling availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Schedule duties within FUNtime scheduling system and manage long-term department schedules.
• Revise park schedules when staffing changes occur.
• Compile open shift reports and staffing data.
• Attend management meetings to address staffing needs.
• Deliver high level guest service in person and over the phone.
• Keep the office area neat and organized.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
