Job summary

Carowinds is seeking a Workforce Assistant to support associates with FUNtime, UKG/Kronos, and App questions, and to back up the Full-Time park schedulers as a knowledgeable resource across departments. You will schedule using FUNtime, adjust long- and short-term shifts, compile open-shift reports, assist management with staffing needs, and deliver a high level of guest service in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and tables (Pivot Tables a plus).
• Ability to provide guest service consistent with Carowinds standards.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling duties within the FUNtime scheduling system, which includes managing and maintain long term schedules for various departments.
• Revise park schedules when required due to staffing changes, labor shortages, or other interruptions.
• Compile information, such as open shift reports, staffing details, or associate data.
• Attend meetings with management to address any staffing needs and challenges
• Deliver a high level of guest service for both internal and external guest in person and over the phone.
• Ensure office area is neat and organized at all times.
• Additional duties as outlined by the Manager.
