Job summary

Carowinds is seeking a scheduling support position in North Carolina. The role handles FUNtime scheduling duties, supports associates with UKG/Kronos and App questions, and serves as a knowledgeable backup to full-time park schedulers.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and tables (Pivot Tables a plus).
• Provides guest service according to Carowinds standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Schedule duties within the FUNtime system and manage long-term schedules for various departments.
• Revise park schedules due to staffing changes, labor shortages, or interruptions.
• Compile information such as open shift reports and staffing details.
• Attend management meetings to address staffing needs and challenges.
• Deliver high levels of guest service in person and over the phone.
• Keep the office area neat and organized at all times.
• Perform additional duties as outlined by the Manager.
