Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Workforce Management Specialist to support planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization of labor resources across designated departments. You will partner with leaders to analyze workforce data, develop schedules, and drive productivity while controlling costs.

Responsibilities include forecasting trends, creating staffing models, generating labor reports, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in workforce management, scheduling, or related fields.
• Experience in a high-volume, luxury resort or service environment preferred.
• Strong data interpretation and trend analysis abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and workforce management systems (Virtual Roster, Kronos).
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in workforce planning by analyzing trends and forecasts.
• Create and maintain schedules aligned to forecasted demand and budgets.
• Generate reports on labor utilization, productivity, and scheduling adherence.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize coverage.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain accurate workforce records.
