Job summary

Cardinal Health in the United States is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and manage IAM across our global workforce and enterprise apps. You will drive SSO, lifecycle management, and governance initiatives, integrating HR systems and automating onboarding and offboarding to improve security and productivity.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of AD, Entra ID, SAML/OIDC, and IAM platforms such as Okta or SailPoint, plus scripting skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of IAM experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
• Experience supporting M&A integration projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM workstreams for M&A integrations.
• Consolidate disparate IdPs into a unified enterprise SSO platform.
• Design cross-domain authentication and federation strategies for user migrations.
• Develop automated workflows and API integrations to streamline lifecycle management and provisioning.
