Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a highly experienced Identity and Access Management Senior Engineer to architect, scale, and modernize secure IAM for 50,000+ global employees and critical operations. You will drive identity strategy across hybrid multi-cloud environments, lead M&A integrations, and champion Zero Standing Privilege and JIT access patterns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Information Security and Identity Management
• 5+ years operating as a Lead or Principal Enterprise IAM Architect
• Experience with SOX ITGC, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements

Responsibilities

• Architect high-velocity identity blueprints for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
• Lead cross-domain identity consolidation across Okta, Entra ID, Ping and disparate directories.
• Design cross-cloud federation, B2B collaboration frameworks, and tenant boundary governance.
• Lead IAM workstreams for M&A and consolidations; unify IdPs into a single enterprise SSO platform.
• Authoritative source integration with HRMS like Workday, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft.
• Define policy-driven access models (RBAC/PBAC) and SoD for SOX ITGC.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field
