Job summary
Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced IAM Senior Engineer to design and scale secure identity, access management, and governance across 50,000+ employees and global operations. You will drive strategy for SSO, IGA, and directory services in a hybrid cloud setup, lead M&A identity workstreams, and implement ZSP/JIT controls to reduce risk and improve onboarding and offboarding efficiency.
The role requires deep expertise with IdPs (Okta/Entra ID, Ping), IAM tooling (SailPoint, PAM), and
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of IAM concepts and standards.
- Experience leading large-scale IAM migrations and integrations.
- Strong understanding of regulatory controls (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
Responsibilities
- Architect identity frameworks for M&A and divestitures.
- Consolidate multiple IdPs into a unified SSO platform.
- Define cross-cloud federation and governance models.
- Lead IAM workstreams across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Implement Zero Standing Privilege and Just-In-Time access patterns.
- Collaborate with HRMS integrations (Workday, SuccessFactors).
