Job summary

WorkForce Software seeks an experienced and certified WFS Functional Consultant to support Time & Attendance configuration, resolve production issues, and address backlog.

This short-term contract (~6 weeks) offers remote work across North or South America with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Current WorkForce Software Functional Certification is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on WFS configuration and support experience.
• 3-5 years of SQL programming experience.
• Strong expertise in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Pay Rules.
• Experience with payroll integrations and production support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support WFS Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and complex Pay Rules.
• Troubleshoot production issues, support tickets, and system enhancements.
• Develop SQL queries and complex formulas for troubleshooting and configuration.
