Job summary

Moneta Ventures is seeking an experienced WorkForce Software Consultant to join our team and support projects for Brazilian clients. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical expertise in WorkForce Software solutions and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

You will implement and optimize time and attendance, scheduling, and workforce management processes, gather requirements, provide best practice recommendations, and collaborate with client

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with WorkForce Software (WFS).
• Fluent English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of workforce management processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Knowlodge in Ordinance 671
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Provide best practice recommendations for time and attendance, scheduling, and workforce management processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
• Prepare documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with WorkForce Software (WFS)
• Fluent English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of workforce management processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Required Certifications

• PT101
• PT102

Nice to Have

• PT103 certification
• Spanish language skills
