Job summary

Veriipro seeks a Senior Workforce Management Product Lead to drive strategy, implementation, and global deployment of Workforce Management solutions, focusing on WFS, Time & Attendance, Workday, and payroll integrations.

You will coordinate with HR, IT, Enterprise Architecture, and vendors to ensure scalable processes, compliant deployments, and successful delivery across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global implementation and rollout of Workforce Management solutions.

• Lead multiple country deployments, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure solutions comply with local labor, payroll, union, and Works Council requirements.
• Develop deployment plans, roadmaps, business cases, and project status updates.
• Drive change management, user adoption, and global process standardization.
• Identify opportunities to improve Workforce Management processes and operational efficiency.
