Job summary

Uline is seeking a Workforce Forecasting Manager to lead data-driven forecasting for North America Customer Service. You will guide the WFM team, ensuring staffing aligns with demand and business trends across locations.

Responsibilities include forecasting accuracy, process improvements, and partnerships with service leaders. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in leadership are required, with extensive forecasting experience and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in a workforce management leadership role.
• 3+ years of workforce forecasting and software experience, including demand planning and trend analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build data-driven workforce forecasts for Customer Service teams across North America.
• Lead and develop the WFM Forecasting team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Partner with Customer Service leaders and cross-functional teams to align staffing with demand and trends.
• Monitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy and support goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting processes, tools and reporting, presenting recommendations that drive decisions.
