Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a Workforce Forecasting Manager for its Kenosha, WI location. You will lead data-driven forecasting for North America, ensuring staffing aligns with customer demand and market trends.

You will manage a WFM team, partner with Customer Service leaders, and drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes and reporting through advanced analytics and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2+ years in a workforce management leadership role.
• 3+ years of workforce forecasting and software experience, including demand planning and trend analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build data-driven workforce forecasts to support North America Customer Service demand.
• Lead and develop the WFM Forecasting team with a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Partner with Customer Service and cross-functional teams to align staffing with demand and trends.
• Monitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting processes, tools and reporting and present recommendations.
