Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, business, or related field.
• 1+ years in workforce management, operations, or HR preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or theme parks is a plus.

• Assist in scheduling across park departments using WFM tools.
• Identify process improvement opportunities in staffing and operations.
• Support leadership on special projects and reporting
