0911 Festival Fun Parks, LLC is seeking an Adventureland Park Workforce Management Intern to support staffing analysis, scheduling, and process improvements across park departments. You will gain hands-on experience in workforce planning, reporting, and optimization initiatives within a fast-paced amusement setting.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in HR, business, or analytics and enjoys data-driven problem solving in a hospitality/theme park environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in human resources, business, industrial engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of previous work experience in a workforce management, operations management, or HR role preferred but not required
• Previous hospitality, amusement park, food and beverage, theme park, or tourism experience a plus
• Fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Workforce Planning: Collaborate with all departments to assess staffing needs and provide recommendations for optimal workforce deployment.
• Scheduling: Execute effective scheduling processes for all departments within the park's workforce management (WFM) tool, Quinyx.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in workforce-related functions across all departments and assist in implementing solutions.
• All other duties and special projects assigned by leadership
