Job summary

Dutch Wonderland is seeking a Workforce Operations Intern (2027) to support staffing optimization, reporting, and scheduling across park departments. You will work with the WFM tool and assist in developing workforce planning models while gaining hands-on experience in hospitality operations and data analytics.

The role requires enrolled students with strong Excel/Outlook skills, willingness to learn Quinyx, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, or HR preferred but not required.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, business, industrial engineering, data analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in workforce planning and staffing analyses across park departments.
• Support scheduling using the park’s WFM tool (Quinyx) and manage day-to-day schedule changes and conflicts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in workforce-related functions within the park.
