Ahold Delhaize USA invites qualified students to join the Workforce Management team for a 6-month paid co‑op. You will assist in building datasets, analyzing workforce trends, and creating reports and dashboards that inform IT resource planning and operations.

This paid co‑op offers mentorship, leadership sessions, and opportunities to present to company leaders. Applicants must be enrolled in a relevant degree program and authorized to work in the United States.

Competenze

• Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Operations, MIS, or related field.
• Strong interest in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analysis concepts.

Responsibilities

The Workforce Management team is focused on helping the IT organization make informed, data-driven decisions about resource management, workforce planning, and strategic priorities. The team partners closely with technology and business leaders to develop insights that improve visibility into IT resources, workforce allocation, financial planning, and operational effectiveness. As the team continues to mature its workforce management capabilities, there is a strong focus on building reliable datasets, enhancing reporting capabilities, and generating analytics that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

During your co-op experience, you will assist in building and maintaining datasets, analyzing workforce trends, and creating reports and dashboards that communicate key metrics and insights. You will collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improved reporting and analytics while gaining exposure to workforce planning, resource management, and IT operations. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and translating information into actionable business insights.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Management Information Systems, or a related field

• Strong interest in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence

• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or visualizations using Power BI or similar analytics tools

• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively to a variety of audiences

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis concepts

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of Clarity (or similar project management platforms) is a plus

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range:$20.90 - $35.70

IL/MA/MD Salary Range:$22.80 - $37.30
