Job summary

Kennywood is seeking a Workforce Operations Intern to support workforce planning, scheduling, and data-driven process improvements. The role offers exposure to park operations and analytics, with hands-on experience using Quinyx and Power BI.

You will learn to analyze staffing trends, generate reports, and collaborate with multiple departments in a dynamic theme park environment. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, business, or analytics, with strong English

Qualifications

• Studying for Bachelor's or Master's in HR, business, or analytics.
• Experience in workforce management or operations is a plus.
• Hospitality or theme park experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and data tools.
• Strong English communication; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to assess staffing needs and advise deployment.
• Develop workforce planning models and scenarios.
• Use Quinyx to schedule across park departments; handle changes.
• Identify process improvements and support efficiency projects.
