Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation across phone, email, and social channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication to craft persona-specific outreach that earns a response.
• Sharp qualification instincts to assess ICP fit, urgency, and workflow fit.
• Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based models.
• High-activity mindset with disciplined prioritization based on signal and data.
• You don't need to be an AI expert, but willingness to adopt AI tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified workflow-first pipeline by identifying high-potential accounts, partnering with sellers on strategy.
• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, events—to secure first meetings.
• Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are ready to build, not just talk.
• Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals and context.
• Leverage GTM tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting and improve outbound quality.
