Notion is reimagining enterprise software sales. As a Solutions Consultant you will own the full customer journey from first meeting through renewal planning, translating workflow designs into commercial outcomes and ensuring what you sell is realized.

You will design live workflow solutions with customers, partner with BDRs on account planning, manage procurement, legal, and security reviews, and guide onboarding.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live in front of customers.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder procurement, legal, and security reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle: new logo, expansion, renewal.
• Design and build live workflow solutions with customers.
• Collaborate with BDRs for target account planning and outbound motion.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, and closure.
• Guide onboarding and handoff to Outcomes Architects for expansion.
