Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model. As a Business Development Rep in Dublin, you'll turn the right accounts into the right conversations, partnering with Solutions Consultants to qualify targets and book meetings.

You'll run multi-channel outbound campaigns, validate ICP and workflow fit, and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce so sellers can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts.
• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns - email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to secure first meetings.
• Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are ready to build.
• Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals & stakeholder context.
• Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting and improve outbound quality.
