Job summary

Notion is seeking a Business Development Representative in Dublin to lead workflow-first, builder-led outbound. You’ll identify high-potential accounts and partner with Solutions Consultants to land the right conversations.

You’ll run multi-channel campaigns, qualify ICP and intent, and hand off ready-to-build pipeline to sellers with clear context in Salesforce, enabling fast, high-quality meetings. This role requires French fluency.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound pipeline generation.
• Strong written communication for persona-specific outreach.
• Ability to quickly assess ICP fit and urgency.
• Interest in AI/ML and API-first models.
• Data-driven prioritization and high activity.
• Fluency in French.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline by targeting high-potential accounts and coordinating with sellers.
• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to secure first meetings.
• Qualify meetings to ensure they’re ready to build, validating ICP and workflow fit.
• Create clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals and stakeholder context.
• Leverage GTM tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting and improve outbound quality.
