Job summary

Notion is hiring a Business Development Rep in Dublin to lead workflow-first outbound pipelines and partner with Solutions Consultants to target high-potential accounts. You’ll run multi-channel campaigns and qualify opportunities to ensure readiness for sellers, contributing to a fast, data-driven GTM motion.

You’ll collaborate with the team in-person on Anchor Days (Mon, Tue, Thu) and leverage AI tools to sharpen targeting and outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outbound pipeline generation across multiple channels (phone, email, social).
Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor outreach by persona.
Sharp qualification instincts: assess ICP fit, urgency, and workflow before handoffs.
Interest in AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption models.
Maintain a high-activity cadence with data-driven prioritization.

Responsibilities

Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts.
Run multi-channel outbound campaigns to secure first meetings with decision-makers.
Qualify opportunities to ensure meetings are ready to build, not just talk.
Deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals and stakeholder context.
