Job summary

Zynex Medical, Inc. is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist focused on Workers’ Compensation to strengthen provider engagement, education, and long-term partnership.

You will guide providers through WC processes, documentation expectations, and NexWave utilization, building trusted relationships with clinics and care teams. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to resolve barriers, improve patient access, and support sustainable provider relationships and account growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare, Workers’ Compensation, provider relations, account management, sales, or related experience.
• Experience with occupational medicine or musculoskeletal care preferred.
• Strong presentation, education, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workers’ Compensation resource for provider questions and guidance.
• Educate providers and clinic teams on WC considerations affecting ordering, documentation, and utilization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with occupational medicine clinics, TPAs, and case managers.
• Identify barriers to provider access and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Improve provider and patient access by developing repeatable workflows and addressing recurring issues.
