Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Workers’ Compensation processes, payer/TPA dynamics, utilization review, and documentation expectations.
• Ability to translate WC requirements into practical guidance for providers and clinics.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with providers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration to resolve provider/account issues.
• Clear communication of clinical, operational, and reimbursement information.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships with accountability and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a WC resource with knowledge of processes, reimbursement structures, and utilization review.
• Educate providers and clinic teams on WC considerations affecting ordering, documentation, authorization, and NexWave use.
• Educate on documentation expectations and requirements to support efficient review.
• Provide ongoing guidance as WC requirements and internal processes evolve.
• Be a knowledgeable point of contact for provider questions related to the WC journey.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve account-specific issues and improve provider experience.
• Develop repeatable workflows to support appropriate WC patient care and NexWave utilization.
• Maintain regular communication with accounts to understand needs and opportunities for support.
• Identify trends and communicate insights to drive process improvements.
