Zynex-Medical, Inc. is seeking a provider-relations professional in the Long Beach/Remote area to strengthen Workers’ Compensation engagement and NexWave utilization.

You will educate providers, manage critical accounts, and partner with internal teams to resolve access and documentation challenges. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with occupational medicine clinics, case managers, TPAs, and adjusters while driving long-term engagement and improved patient access through

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare or workers’ compensation provider relations.
• Experience with occupational medicine, physical therapy, or musculoskeletal care preferred.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation reimbursement, authorization, utilization review.
• Ability to build relationships with providers and stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Workers’ Compensation resource educating providers on processes.
• Educate providers on documentation and NexWave utilization.
• Guide providers on review and approval workflows.
• Serve as a knowledge resource for provider questions.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve account issues.
• Develop relationships with occupational clinics, TPAs, case managers, and adjusters.
• Maintain regular account communication and support long-term engagement.
• Identify barriers to patient access and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
