Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare, workers' compensation, provider relations, or related
• Experience with occupational medicine, physical therapy, or musculoskeletal care preferred
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed to support accounts

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workers’ Compensation resource for providers and clinics
• Educate providers on WC considerations affecting orders, documentation, and approvals
• Build trusted relationships with occupational medicine clinics, case managers, TPAs, and adjusters
• Identify barriers to provider access and coordinate cross‑functional solutions
• Support sustainable account growth through education and ongoing engagement
