Job summary

Altivera Medical in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to strengthen engagement with clinics navigating Workers’ Compensation workflows, payer requirements, and authorization processes for NexWave.

In this role you will educate providers, resolve access barriers, and coordinate with Sales, Intake, Billing, and Operations to improve the provider experience and drive long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare experience with provider relations or accounts management.
• Experience with Workers’ Compensation processes or reimbursement scenarios is preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex reimbursement or operational concepts clearly to clinical and non-clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with occupational medicine clinics, case managers, TPAs, and other WC stakeholders.
• Educate providers and clinic teams on Workers’ Compensation considerations impacting NexWave utilization.
• Identify barriers to provider access and utilization and coordinate cross-functionally for solutions.
• Manage assigned accounts with accountability and coordination with Sales, Intake, Billing and Operations.
• Communicate clinical, operational, and reimbursement information to diverse audiences.
