Job summary

Altivera Medical is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist focused on Workers’ Compensation. You will educate providers on NexWave usage, navigate authorization and documentation requirements, and build trusted relationships with occupational medicine clinics and TPAs.

Collaborate across internal teams to resolve access barriers, optimize workflows, and support long-term account engagement with a focus on quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare, workers’ compensation, or provider relations
• Strong relationship-building with providers and stakeholders
• Experience in account management, sales, or related fields
• Ability to present and educate diverse audiences clearly
• Proven problem-solving across internal teams
• Willingness to travel to support accounts

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workers’ Compensation resource for providers and clinics
• Educate providers on NexWave usage, documentation, and approval processes
• Build and maintain relationships with occupational medicine, clinics, TPAs, and adjusters
• Identify barriers to access and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them
• Improve provider and patient access by resolving issues and optimizing workflows
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align provider workflows with payer requirements
• Support sustainable account growth through education and relationship development
