We Are Legal Revolution in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Attorney to lead a workers' compensation defense caseload within a growing insurance defense practice. The role offers ownership of files from inception through resolution and direct client contact with employers, carriers, and claims professionals in a hybrid work environment.

Base salary up to $170K plus bonus; requires 4+ years WC defense experience and strong writing and advocacy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workers' Compensation defense experience.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation litigation from inception through resolution
• Attend mediations, hearings, depositions, and court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Advise carriers and employers on litigation strategy and claim exposure
• Negotiate settlements and maintain strong client relationships
