Qualifications

• GA Bar license is required and in good standing.
• 0–3 years of workers’ compensation experience or related practice.
• Top-quality writing skills and strong academic credentials.
• Commitment to jury trials and appeals.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 150 workers’ compensation cases.
• Draft and submit settlement demands with supporting documentation.
• Negotiate claims with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties.
• Respond to discovery requests thoroughly and within required timelines.
• Conduct depositions of clients, witnesses, and experts as necessary.
• Represent clients during court appearances, including hearings and motions.
