LHH Recruitment Solutions in Atlanta is seeking a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join a leading litigation team. This role concentrates on defense of challenging workers' compensation matters in a prominent regional firm.

Responsibilities include managing a high-volume caseload from inception through resolution, representing clients at mediations, hearings, depositions, and admin proceedings, and drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents with strong analytical support.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law and good standing in Georgia.
• 2+ years of workers' compensation defense experience preferred.
• Experience handling hearings, depositions, and case management responsibilities.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload while balancing competing priorities.
