• Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Handle workers’ compensation defense matters as part of an experienced Atlanta-based team
• Work closely with established attorneys on case strategy, file handling, and day-to-day litigation responsibilities
• Build knowledge of firm systems, client expectations, and internal processes while developing professionally
• Contribute to a collaborative office environment with strong support and training

What We’re Looking For / Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Georgia bar license, or planning to sit for the Georgia bar exam in 2025
• At least 1 year of workers’ compensation defense experience, or a genuine interest in building a career in workers’ compensation defense
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
