Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday functional experience with at least 4 years in Compensation and Benefits.
• Ability to lead solution design and make independent functional decisions across modules.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Benefits, Compensation, essential architectures and security.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional solution across Workday Compensation and Benefits engagements from discovery to go-live.
• Lead workshops and requirements sessions with HR, Finance and Total Rewards stakeholders.
• Translate client requirements into structured Workday designs and communicate decisions to diverse audiences.
