Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join our advisory team. You will lead or support the Time Tracking workstream on Workday implementations, develop workplans, and resolve day-to-day issues while aligning with client requirements and regulatory needs.

Travel may be required; you will mentor on/offshore teams and shape cohesive Workday configurations across streams, advising clients on industry best practices and leveraging Accenture methodologies.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification.
• 3+ years consulting experience in a Sr. Consultant or similar role.
• 3+ years Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues
• Work with client to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday
• Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday
• Manage small on and offshore functional teams
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure cohesive cross functional impacts
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
• Support innovation through new industry leading methods and assets
