Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join our advisory team. You will lead or support the Time Tracking workstream on Workday implementations and help design configurations that meet client requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Workday Partner Certification, at least 3 years of consulting experience at Sr. Consultant level, and hands-on Time Tracking/Absence implementations. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires Workday Partner Certification.
• 3+ years of consulting experience, Sr. Consultant level or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 12 years of work experience; 6 years if Associate’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large global engagements, manage risk, budget, and resources.
• Resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence issues.
• Develop Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Support regular and special Absence/Time Tracking processes in Workday.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
