Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join our advisory team. You will lead or support Workday Time Tracking workstreams on global implementations, define project plans, manage risks and budgets, and ensure configurations meet evolving client requirements.

The role requires a Workday Partner Certification and at least 3 years of consulting with hands-on Time Tracking/Absence implementations.

Qualifications

Workday Partner Certification required.
3+ years of consulting experience, at a Senior Consultant level or similar.
3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years of work experience). If using an Associate’s Degree, require equivalent 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
Develop workplans for large global engagements, managing risk, budget, and resources.
Research and resolve Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
Configure Workday to meet new Time Tracking/Absence requirements.
Provide ongoing support for Absence/Time Tracking processes and year-end activities.
Manage small on/offshore teams and advise on industry best practices.
Architect cohesive Workday solutions across workstreams and cross-functional impacts.
