Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator focused on Integrations, Studio, and Projects. The role partners with the HCM Manager to translate decisions into reliable Workday configuration and ensure audit readiness.

You will own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module within a contract framework. The position emphasizes proactive data quality, gap analysis, and improvements to core architecture, with remote work options for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on Workday administration experience.
• Workday certification in HCM.
• Demonstrated ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules.
• Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to execute effectively within an established architecture/governance framework, and escalate appropriately to the HCM Manager.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with agile project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday integrations, Studio, and Projects configurations.
• Configure Business Processes, security groups, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Support data loads, data quality, and audit readiness.
• Provide first‑line support, training, and incident resolution.
• Monitor Workday releases and perform impact analyses and testing.
