Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator to own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module. You will translate architectural decisions into reliable configuration and partner with HCM to ensure audit-ready, scalable Workday environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience
• Workday certification in HCM required
• Ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules
• Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to operate within an established architecture/governance framework and escalate appropriately
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with agile project methodologies

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Business Processes, condition rules, and notifications within established standards
• Administer Workday security changes and perform access reviews; escalate exceptions
• Build and maintain standard and custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards
• Perform data audits and reconcile across Workday and connected systems
• Support data loads (EIBs) and mass data updates
• Monitor Workday releases, perform impact analysis, configure and test; coordinate UAT
• Provide first-line technical support and end-user training
• Own day-to-day Workday incidents and service requests; triage by severity
• Support internal and external audit requests related to Workday configuration, access, reports, and integrations
• Monitor inbound/outbound Workday integrations; build Workday Studio integrations
• Lead admin for Projects module configuration and reporting
• Recommend additional Workday SKUs or Projects features
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and integration development
• Willingness to learn Projects module within Finance SKU
• Experience with system integrations and API management
