Three Link Solutions is a 100% Workday-dedicated professional services firm. We are seeking a Staff Augmentation Account Executive to drive net-new sales, own a defined territory, and build relationships with executive sponsors and Workday teams.

You will lead opportunities from prospecting through closing, aligning with our portfolio of advisory and staff augmentation services, and nurture post-sale relationships for ongoing expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling Workday HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics solutions to executive buyers within large/medium enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate how Workday or comparable SaaS/cloud platforms solves customer challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with Workday RSDs and AEs to position Three Link’s offerings.
• Develop and execute ICP strategies for prioritizing and closing opportunities in your territory.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, coordinating with recruiting and internal resources.
