Three Link Solutions seeks a Workday Financials Lead to build, scale, and lead the Financials practice within the Workday GO program. This hybrid player‑coach role blends hands‑on delivery with strategic program development and team building.

You will define delivery standards, mentor consultants, and collaborate with Sales on scoping and proposals, while staying aligned with new Workday releases to drive client value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands‑on Workday Financials experience including at least one full‑cycle implementation as a lead or senior consultant.
• Strong functional expertise across core Workday Financials modules (e.g., Core Financials, Procurement, Accounting Center/Business Assets, Banking & Settlement, Financial Reporting).
• Proven ability to build or significantly improve a delivery methodology, not just follow one.
• Experience adapting to new Workday releases and translating updates into delivery and scoping changes.
• Direct people management experience (performance, staffing, coaching, development).
• Ability to balance hands‑on delivery with leadership and non‑billable practice work.
• Experience with scoping, SOWs, or deal qualification in collaboration with Sales.
• Strong communication skills with client stakeholders and internal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Workday Financials Program for GO deployments with playbooks and standard configuration approaches.
• Define scoping standards for Financials in partnership with sales and pricing owners.
• Own continuous improvement of the Financials delivery model and drive efficiencies.
• Carry a personal utilization target while leading and executing Workday Financials workstreams on client implementations.
• Mentor and develop a team of Workday Financials consultants and manage staffing needs.
• Partner with Sales on scoping calls, SOWs, and proposals; represent Financials in pre‑sales discussions.
