Job summary

Veritas Search Group seeks a Solutions Architect - Workday Integration to support, configure, and maintain Workday across HR, payroll, benefits, and compensation. You will partner with HR, IT, and business teams to translate needs into practical updates, reports, and processes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive improvements in data accuracy, reporting, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS/HCM system.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday, reporting, processes, or security.
• Understanding HR, payroll, benefits, or compensation data processes.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate into system updates or enhancements.
• Experience troubleshooting issues and supporting end users.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday configuration across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Assist with business process configuration, system updates, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Gather and review requirements from HR, payroll, benefits, and other teams.
• Build, update, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Support Workday security updates, user access requests, and role-based permissions.
• Assist with Workday integrations, data loads, and system interfaces as needed.
• Troubleshoot system issues and partner with teams to resolve them.
• Support Workday releases, testing, and enhancement projects.
• Maintain system documentation, guides, configuration notes, and logs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and data accuracy.
