Job summary

TPG is seeking an executive-level Workday Integration Architect to lead HRIS integration strategy across the enterprise. This role designs, builds, and sustains Workday integrations with downstream systems, partnering with People Operations, IT, and vendors to ensure secure, scalable data flows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday experience with hands-on delivery of integrations.
• Hands-on delivery experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, PECI/PICOF, RaaS.
• Strong understanding of security, authentication (OAuth, certificates), and data exchange (XML/REST/SOAP/SFTP).

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Workday integration solutions across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and downstream systems.
• Lead build, test, deployment, and production support of integrations enterprise-wide.
• Partner with People Operations, HRIS, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable data flows.
