Job summary

TPG is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Architect to design, build, troubleshoot, and support enterprise integrations between Workday and downstream HR, payroll, benefits, security, reporting, analytics, and third-party vendor systems.

The role requires owning the integration lifecycle from requirements through production support, collaborating with People Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and vendors to ensure secure and scalable data flow across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday experience with hands-on delivery in integrations.
• Experience designing and delivering Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, PECI/PICOF, RaaS.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, ISUs and integration security groups.
• Experience with SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, SFTP/API-based data exchange.
• Ability to document designs, specs, test scripts and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Workday integration solutions across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and downstream systems.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, and related tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to define data ownership, security controls, testing scope, and operational handoffs.
• Develop Workday Extend and Prism Analytics to support integrations and reporting.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for integrations.
