ManpowerGroup is seeking a Workday Recruiting Lead to guide enterprise recruiting strategy and future-state operating model planning. The role focuses on aligning stakeholders, transforming Talent Acquisition, and delivering executive-ready materials to move initiatives forward.

The ideal candidate will drive decision-making sessions with senior leadership, evaluate coding future-state recruiting tech, and craft recommendations to optimize governance and processes across the organization.

Formación

• Experience leading Talent Acquisition, HR, or business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into executive-ready recommendations.
• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting and HCM implementations preferred.

Our client is seeking a Workday Recruiting Lead to join their team. As a Workday Recruiting Lead, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition transformation effort supporting enterprise recruiting strategy and future-state operating model planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to align stakeholders, a talent for translating business needs into actionable recommendations, and the confidence to lead workshops and decision-ready materials that move initiatives forward.
